Sacred Heart School, Dumka is a Christian Religious Minority English Medium School established, managed and administered by "Dumka Catholic Diocese" a registered Society under the Societies Registration Act, 1860 for the education and formation of girls and boys up to Secondary School level irrespective of any consideration based on caste or creed or status. The school was blessed and inaugurated on 19th March 2007 by Most Rev. Julius Marandi, the Bishop of Dumka, who is also the Founder President of the Governing Body and the Managing Committee. The manager of the school is Fr. S. Christu Das and the present Principal/Secretary is Sr. Aruna Mary Chinnabathini. The school is affiliated to Central Board of Secondary Education and the affiliation code is 3430327.
